OUR FACTORY
YARN
Anti-UV PP and polyester filament is wound for the knitting machines. The six net colours run as separate yarn batches, not as dye jobs.
KNITTING
Warp-knitting machines turn the yarn into knotless netting — 4 mm twine, 6 mm mesh, the same construction on every goal we ship.
CUTTING & SEWING
Panels take shape - Nets are cut to each goal size; hems and printable colour bindings are sewn on at the benches.
TUBE & FRAME
Aluminum tubing — 2 mm wall, 50 mm and 35 mm sections — is cut and bent here, then joined with cast aluminum fittings.
ASSEMBLY & PACKING
Each goal is assembled and inspected, folded flat then packed into export cartons. Custom packaging available.OUR CERTIFICATIONS
